Interactive kiosk software developed specifically for the presentation of medical information in multiple languages. The software is used to present cancer awareness information and encourage screening in underpriveleged communities.

My role on the project was to work with the project coordinator in creating a software platform using Flash AS3 and Adobe AIR which would allow the easy construction of new content using XML and external media. The data structure of the XML was specifically designed to dynamically support multiple languages, and can be constructed to support any informational content.

The software was designed to work within the pedagogical guidelines of the research study it was developed for, and includes the ability to log the interaction from each user session in order to compare activity at clinics with actual preventative care that is sought out by patients. I also developed a prompt-less java print daemon to print out pdf forms specific to each clinic.
